Abhjeet Rajput
Fondly known as: Raju, Rajpoot, ch*ts
Relationship status: committed (some might say him “facchi chor” of 2k18 too ;p)
TagLine: The ideal coordinator of Drama Club
“๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐”, if you have believed this all your lives then you haven't seen IIT Mandi's Mr. Perfectionist on stage. Abhijeet Rajput, alias “Rajput guys”, alias “Raju”, is the one who always strives for perfection and cannot settle with something less than it. Rajput joined Gustaakh Saale out of his passion for theatre and performing arts and the rest is history. Name a role and he has nailed it. Be it an emotional dramatic role or some comedy ka tadka, be it romance(off-screen romance too) or some revolutionary, patriotic role he has enthralled everyone with his versatile roles.
His on-screen dialogues vary with acts and roles but his off-screen dialogue remains the same, " Guys, krenge to badhiya karenge warna nahi karenge." Isn't it enough to prove his perfection? If not, we have other unforgettable moments from his roles too. All his roles left a special imprint in the audience's heart(quite evident from his female fan following too). As much as he is an expert in screaming angrily/painfully, he can amaze you with his “witch laughter”. His unforgettable scream on stage in Aakarshan 2017, echoes even now in the ears of the witnessers. Undoubtedly, he is the ideal coordinator of Gustaakh Sale who brought a new “Josh”, enthusiasm and passion for acting among the club members during his tenure. He has an affable contribution to the growth of the club or rather it would be more correct to say that he is one of those who toiled hard to take the club to new heights when the club was in its founding years.Google the meaning of the word 'Gentleman' and you will see, 'a chivalrous, courteous, or honorable man". Meet Rajput and you will know it on your own. Once he starts speaking, everyone listens spellbound, owing to his charm. As much as he is serious about his work (“professional man”), he is a chill in real life. Try to know him in person, and you will get to see a whole new version of this “party guy” (not Party animal!! :P). What can be a better excuse to drink in the college premises than the "Party in the North" (Dare Move!). His legacy is the unique way of addressing fellow club members with the suffix/honorific 'GUYS', which the club soon adopted. You really don’t know him well if he hasn’t called you “** guys”. And if you don't know him, you have missed something big in your life.
Least bothered about the societal norms, “Rajput Guys” prefers to live life, king size. It wasn’t only the Rajput on stage (as Joker), but the real Rajput too, who says, “๐๐ก๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐จ ๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ข๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ??”
